Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Elliott’s Custom Trailers & Carts is committed to providing digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone, and our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
Measures we take across this site include: semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks and labels; text alternatives for meaningful images; sufficient color contrast for text and controls; full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators, skip links and screen-reader announcements for form feedback; pages that work without JavaScript; and support for reduced-motion preferences.
We also make every effort to ensure that information about our prices, promotions, events, hours of operation and locations is understandable to all visitors.
Our ongoing effort
Accessibility is part of our continuous improvement process. As we add inventory, pages and features, we test with accessibility in mind and stay current with the technical and legal aspects of digital accessibility to the best of our ability. While there is no single legal standard for commercial websites serving the public, we are committed to meeting the needs of every visitor.
Known limitations
Some of our older video clips do not yet have captions, and our podcast episode does not yet have a transcript — we are working to add these. If you need the content of any video or audio on this site in another form, contact us and we will provide it. Our downloadable Capabilities Statement PDF may not be fully accessible; the same content is available as an accessible web page.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter content or features that are not accessible, please contact us, email elliottscustomtrailers@gmail.com, or call (800) 766-1886. Please include the page and a brief description of the issue. We take this feedback seriously and aim to respond within a few business days.
